Application Process of Old Age Samman Allowance
There are two ways the Application process works: online and offline.
Online
- Visit the official website of the Antyodaya SARAL Portal and in the "SIGN IN HERE" area, click "New user? Register here".
- When the registration form appears in a new tab, all you have to do is fill out the relevant fields and make a strong password that is at least 9 characters long and has a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
- Type in the captcha and click "Submit."
- You will get an OTP on your phone and email. The OTP is good for 15 minutes, and the email verification link is good for 48 hours.
- You will get a notification saying that your account is ready to use once you confirm both.
- Go back to the Antyodaya SARAL Portal, log in with your information, and then click on the "Apply for Service" link on the left menu.
- Choose the plan you want by clicking "View All Available Services." The application form will then open.
- Fill out the form with the relevant information, complete the self-declaration, enter the captcha, and send it in.
- Go over everything one more time, attach the needed documents under "Attach Annexure," and then save the form.
- Finally, send in the form and print the receipt so you have proof of your application.
Offline
- The interested applicant should go to the Office of the Social Justice Department in Haryana during business hours to ask for a hard copy of the application form. Alternatively, they can go to the official website and click on "Download APPLICATION FORM FOR OLD AGE SAMMAN ALLOWANCE" to get a copy.
- Fill out all the required fields on the application form, attach a passport-sized photo (signed across if requested), and attach copies of all the required documents (self-attested if needed).
- Send the filled-out and signed application form and the other papers to the concerned office/authority- block or District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO) offices.
- Ask the authority for a receipt or acknowledgement that contains the date and time of submission and any unique identification number (if one was given).
